As an executive coach and personal development educator, I empower women to become meaningful, mindful, and masterful leaders in their lives, their communities, and their chosen paths. I use clear and effective strategies and techniques to improve the way women show up in life and leadership.

At JMEC, I value authenticity, integrity, education, and community. I believe in being transparent and patient with those who trust me to coach and teach leadership and personal development skills. I strive to create a healthy, safe, and optimistic environment for growth.

I focus on commitment, growth, and transformation as the path to success. I teach and coach each client using The K’KOI Approach—where one‘s contribution to making the world a better place is the main focus. I customize my approach to align with the needs of those who choose JMEC.
